Year
8-10 are required to complete 160 minutes per week
at all levels from 2007.

Year 11-12 are required to
complete 200 minutes per week

Liturgies
and other catechesis activities including Christian service are essential
and need to be at least 60 minutes per week averaged over a year.

Each
unit in year's 8-10 is comprised of 4 documents - teacher resource, student
resource, learning and teaching programme and supplementary material. Each
unit has 8 key understandings. Under each of the understandings their are
learning points. Understandings 1-4 are 'wonder and awe' / personal
experience ; Understandings 5-6 are in regards to ways in which God reveals
himself to us 'Revelation' ; Understandings 7-8 are about Christian response
to this unit/ expression etc.

At St. Mary's College,
